Dirty Windows Shades

Looking down from the balcony of the Newseum at the window shades mounted outside. They need a little cleaning, but they present a nice abstraction none the less.

Zion Mountain Range

At the Zion National Park. Another great place to shoot. I have lots of photos from this place, back when all I had was a point and shoot Nikon ES5400. I'll go back some day and spend more time to plan some shots.

Zero Mile at Alaska Highway

Here is the marker at the beginning of the Alaska Highway. This was the trip of a lifetime for me. So many of my posts here will be from this trip.  If you ever want to take this adventure, I recommend the summer time, since the weather will be great up north.
